Exchanges & Refunds Policy for Melon

Thank you for choosing Melon. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request an exchange for the same. Kindly refer to our Return Policy below.

Kindly initiate a return request within 2 days of receiving your order. Make sure all items are in new and unused condition with all original tags & labels attached to be eligible for a return or exchange. Please note, we do not offer a refund. You can either exchange the product or receive a store credit for the same amount. Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

After receiving & inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your exchange. If the products do not pass the quality check, you will not be eligible for a refund. Please allow us at least 10 days to process your exchange.
